Our story began in 1991 in the city of Bellingham, Washington, where our visionary founder, Antonio Amador, had a passion for sharing the flavors of Mexico with others. In a small town, Antonio opened the doors to the first Mi Mexico Family Mexican Restaurant, and it quickly became a success.
