Welcome to Mi México! We are a family-owned restaurant where tradition blends with authentic flavor!

Our story began in 1991 in the city of Bellingham, Washington, where Antonio Amador, our motivated founder, established his first restaurant to much success. Our story continues when Antonio Amador and his cousin Modesto Ramos decided to try their luck at expanding in the state of Colorado in 1999.

I was very disappointed that no one in Colorado Springs knows what Fajitas or carne guisada is but the manager knew what I was talking about but they didn't just have tacos ,you had to order a big order of Fajitas. It was pricey & no one has carne guisada, here! I've very disappointed,  cause that makes me miss Texas more!

Claudia WAS THE BEST SERVER I have had at Mi Mexico, Margaritas were Perfect, Food was HOT & excellent tasting and the SERVICE WAS THE BEST !!! Try the soft Chili 🌶️ Reno’s and cheese enchiladas YUM! CLAUDIA went above and beyond she did not let our  drinks get empty,  she checked on us multiple  times , She is just the BEST! . We will ALWAYS ask for CLAUDIA and I have been eating here for yEARS food has always been good but the service has never been this GOOD! THANK YOU CLAUDIA!!!see you soon….

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My family and I have been here quite a few times. We are greeted with familiar smiles every time. We even get the same servers who are so good and attentive. The food is great, starting with the chips and salsa, tacos (street or traditional), combinations, and quesadillas for the kids are always amazing. The margaritas definitely work their magic at this location.
